I wonder about the identity of the other man in the car myself--and where does he go? he gets out of the car and disappears: where were he and Foley headed? If he's another agent it seems absolutely barmy of Foley to stop (not out of character, I suppose given how self-destructive and reckless of others' safety he can be) so that Selby can get a good look at his companion for identification purposes!
