Yes, I think the twins' birthday must be in July, so they're still 12 in Traitor. Nicola reminds Giles she's 14 and a half in Run Away Home, as well. It makes them among the youngest in their class group at school, presumably, which is interesting (though Kingscote may, like a lot of private schools, not be rigidly governed by age groupings in making up its classes).
