Oh Patrick certainly has fears...they just don't happen to include physical things like riding or heights! Having to exchange a couple of polite sentences with the locum standing in for his sort-of cousin in FL, though, has him scuttling for the gates pretty damn quick! Which Nicola finds as incomprehensible as he finds anyone else's fears.
