Antonia Forest fans

I've always thought that with AF - the ones she doesn't want to focus on are just shoved off until needed - Rowan off somewhere on the form, Karen working in the library (working on what? between school and university?) Ann wherever good works are needed. People always criticise Mrs Marlow for not doing anything, but after being a stay at home mother with a smallish house and only two children and seemingly always busy I have a lot of sympathy for her. Just because what she is up to isn't specified it don't mean she hasn't got a lot to do!
