I don't know her, but she sounds very interesting.
At the moment I'm on a 'young adult' reading kick. I'm working through Arthur Ransome and Madeleine L'Engle, have now read all the Marlow books I can find, and am discovering newer authors I didn't know. YA books often have so much more imagination and hopefulness than most books for adults these days. :-)
